This is a pretty big month for video games: ACIII, Halo 4, COD: Black Ops II; and for movies: James Bond: Skyfall, the newly announced Disney Star Wars due 2014, and the upcoming Hobbit trilogy, and I am awaiting the Doctor Who christmas special.
My brother has already beaten ACIII, fantastic game (the BEST video game soundtrack I've ever heard). In alternate downloadable content you can fight "king Washington" and his tyranny. He is in the process of playing Halo 4 where a MIA soldier and his malfunctioning AI return.
Skyfall was fantastic, the opening theme, done by Adele, may be the best Bond song yet. This was also the first gay/bi Bond villain played by Javier Bardem.
They had better not ruin Star Wars with the new movies.
Also, BBC Sherlock actors Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman both have anticipated roles in the Hobbit, with Freeman playing Bilbo Baggins.
Oswin, the helpful dalek, will also be the Doctor's next companion for the upcoming season(s) of the show.
Also, for watchers of Sherlock: Moffat has revealed that Moriarty is NOT dead, and next season will likely be the last.
